The PVC Division of Sudarshan Extrusions Pvt. Ltd. was established in 2003 at Bommasandra Industrial Area, Hosur Road, Bangalore. The facility is spread across a 44,000 sq. ft. plot, with 36,000 sq. ft. of covered production area, and is supported by a fully equipped laboratory and a highly skilled workforce.
The division focuses on manufacturing innovative piping solutions, including Sudarshan Column Pipes, designed as a superior replacement for conventional GI pipes used in borewell water extraction with submersible pumps.
The Bommasandra unit is equipped with 6 extrusion lines and 21 CNC machines, along with complete utilities and advanced lab infrastructure. A dedicated team of 60 professionals ensures the production of high-quality column pipes, PVC agricultural pipes, blue casing pipes, and underground drainage (UGD) pipes, all in compliance with BIS standards. The company also manufactures CI and SS adaptors for its column pipe systems.
In 2025–26, the company expanded its manufacturing footprint with a new facility at No. 146, Sompura Industrial Area, Dabaspet, Tumkur Road. This unit is focused on producing UGD pipes, OPVC pipes, PVC conduit pipes, and agricultural pipes. The facility has commenced manufacturing UGD foam core pipes with BIS certification, while the OPVC pipe production line is currently under installation.
The total installed production capacity of the PVC division stands at 18,000 MTPA. As part of its future growth strategy, the company is planning further expansion at Oblapura Industrial Area, Dabaspet, Bangalore, to manufacture UPVC and CPVC pipes and fittings, agricultural pipe fittings, and water storage tanks.
