The HDPE (PE) Division of Sudarshan Pipes Extrusions Pvt. Ltd. was established in 2018 at Sompura Industrial Area, Dabaspet, Bangalore, India. The facility is a state-of-the-art manufacturing unit equipped with a fully equiped laboratory and supported by a highly skilled workforce.
Since its inception, the company has grown to become one of the leading manufacturers of PE pipes and fittings in South India. The plant is equipped with 12 HDPE extrusion lines, 2 drip pipe lines, 2 single-wall corrugated (SWC) pipe lines, and 2 double-wall corrugated (DWC) pipe lines. Additionally, the facility includes 11 injection moulding machines, 11 CNC machines, and a 2.5 MW power connection, ensuring high production efficiency and consistency. The company is promoting Green Energy having Rooftop Solar capacity of 600 KVA & further plans to add 3 MW by captive production.
The division has a combined manufacturing capacity of 48,000 MTPA and is managed by a team of approximately 150 highly skilled professionals. It manufactures a wide range of products, including HDPE and MDPE pipe, 7Way multi-duct, DWC pipes for conduit and sewerage applications, PLB ducts, power ducts, SWC pipes, Gas Pipes, electrofusion fittings, spigot fittings, compression fittings, and fittings for power duct systems, along with drip and sprinkler irrigation pipes. All products are manufactured in compliance with BIS and relevant international standards.
The company operates from a total area comprising approximately 80,000 sq. ft. of built-up space and 60,000 sq. ft. of open area, including both owned and leased facilities.
