1. Project Manager – Transportation

Location: Bangalore
Experience: 3-5 Years
Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Objective:

Lead and manage infrastructure projects across transportation sectors, ensuring smooth execution from project planning and material supply to site installation, completion and client handover.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Plan and execute projects involving highways, railways, metros, airports and transportation corridors.
  2. Coordinate with clients, consultants, EPC contractors and site teams.
  3. Monitor project timelines, material requirements, manpower and execution.
  4. Ensure timely supply and installation of pipes, ducts and underground utility systems.
  5. Resolve technical and site-level issues to keep projects on schedule.
  6. Monitor quality, safety and compliance requirements.
  7. Track project costs, progress and profitability.
  8. Prepare regular project reports for management.

Ideal Candidate:

Experience in infrastructure/EPC/transportation projects, particularly railways, metro, highways, airports or underground utilities.

2. Project Manager – Water Management

Location: Bangalore 
Experience: 5-7Years
Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Objective:

Manage end-to-end execution of water infrastructure projects, ensuring efficient project delivery, quality, timely material supply and successful client handover.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage drinking water, water supply, multi-village and water distribution projects.
  2. Coordinate with government departments, consultants, EPC contractors and clients.
  3. Plan material requirements and ensure timely dispatch of pipes and fittings.
  4. Monitor site installation, testing and commissioning activities.
  5. Track project schedules, costs, resources and progress.
  6. Ensure compliance with relevant BIS standards, technical specifications and project requirements.
  7. Identify and resolve execution challenges.
  8. Manage documentation, project reports and client communication.
  9. Ensure projects are delivered within time, quality and cost parameters.

Ideal Candidate:

Experience in water infrastructure, water supply, Jal Jeevan Mission, municipal projects, irrigation or EPC projects, with knowledge of HDPE/PVC piping systems being an advantage.

3. Project Manager – Builders / Developers

Location: Bangalore 
Experience: 5-7 Years
Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Objective:

Manage piping and ducting requirements for residential, commercial, industrial and large-scale development projects, from order coordination through execution and completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage projects for builders, developers, residential layouts, commercial developments and industrial projects.
  2. Understand project drawings, BOQs, technical specifications and material requirements.
  3. Coordinate with developers, contractors, consultants and site engineers.
  4. Plan and monitor supply of water, drainage, sewerage and utility ducting products.
  5. Ensure timely material delivery aligned with construction schedules.
  6. Coordinate with site teams for installation and resolve technical issues.
  7. Monitor project progress, quality and customer satisfaction.
  8. Identify opportunities for additional product requirements and project expansion.
  9. Maintain project documentation and provide regular management updates.

Ideal Candidate:

Experience in real estate, construction, building infrastructure, MEP, plumbing, piping or project execution, preferably with exposure to builders/developers and large construction projects.

4. Business Development Manager

Location: Bangalore / Tumkur/ Mysore/ Hubli/ Mangalore
Experience: Minimum 3 Years

Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in marketing, with similar product knowledge/in a similar field.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Identify potential business opportunities and market segments
  2. To work with Real Estate/ layout developers/Builders/architects in and around Bangalore
    (Urban & Rural)
  3. Promote company products and ensure empanelment with key clients and institutions

5. Project Manager

Location: Bangalore/ Chennai/ Hyderabad/ Kochi
Experience: Minimum 5 Years

Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Project Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of experience in infrastructure project coordination, with strong knowledge in handling projects related to Airports, Metros, Railways,Highways, Ports, and Drinking Water Systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate infrastructure-related projects from initial engagement to execution.
  • Meet and build positive business relationships with senior management people in the various Govt Departments like BWSSB, Irrigation, Railways, Infrastructure Projects, Waterways, and large Private contractors.
  • Identify and evaluate relevant tenders; ensure timely pre-qualification submissions.
  • Register and complete empanelment processes with government departments and infrastructure authorities.
  • Introduce and position company products effectively to Class 1 contractors and key decision makers.
  • Negotiate project terms, pricing, and approvals with contractors and consultants.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for documentation, compliance, and client support.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate (Engineering/Management preferred).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in infrastructure project coordination, business development, or government liaison roles.

Skills & Requirements:

  • In-depth knowledge of infrastructure project ecosystems (Airport, Metro, Railways,Highway, Ports, Drinking Water).
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office, tender documentation, and official correspondence.

6. Regional Manager (Dealer Network)

We are seeking an experienced Regional Manager (Dealer Network) with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in managing dealers and distributors, preferably in the pipes industry. The role focuses on expanding the network, driving regional sales, and maintaining strong channel relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and appoint potential dealers/distributors for pipes in assigned regions
  • Strengthen and manage the existing dealer/distributor network
  • Drive regional sales growth through effective channel management
  • Conduct regular follow-ups for orders and payment collections
  • Monitor dealer performance and provide support for market development
  • Visit dealers regularly and provide necessary business inputs

7. Senior Accountant

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Accountant with a minimum of 5-7 years of experience, preferably in a multinational company (MNC). The role requires a strong background in financial reporting, compliance, and budgeting. The ideal candidate should be able to manage the company’s financial health while ensuring accuracy and adherence to regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and analyze financial reports, balance sheets, and profit/loss statements
  • Ensure compliance with statutory law and financial regulations
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable functions
