1. Business Development Manager

Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in marketing, with similar product knowledge/in a similar field.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Identify potential business opportunities and market segments
  2. To work with Real Estate/ layout developers/Builders/architects in and around Bangalore
    (Urban & Rural)
  3. Promote company products and ensure empanelment with key clients and institutions
  4. Generate qualified enquiries and convert them into successful orders
  5. Identify and actively participate in potential business expos, trade fairs, and industry
    events
  6. Explore new markets and contribute to the development and expansion of the client base
  7. Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of proven experience in a marketing role
    Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
  • Ability to work independently and travel as needed
  • Energetic, self-motivated, and target-oriented
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail

2. Project Manager

Location: Bangalore/ Chennai/ Hyderabad/ Kochi
Experience: Minimum 5 Years
Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Project Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of experience in infrastructure project coordination, with strong knowledge in handling projects related to Airports, Metros, Railways,Highways, Ports, and Drinking Water Systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate infrastructure-related projects from initial engagement to execution.
  • Meet and build positive business relationships with senior management people in the various Govt Departments like BWSSB, Irrigation, Railways, Infrastructure Projects, Waterways, and large Private contractors.
  • Identify and evaluate relevant tenders; ensure timely pre-qualification submissions.
  • Register and complete empanelment processes with government departments and infrastructure authorities.
  • Introduce and position company products effectively to Class 1 contractors and key decision makers.
  • Negotiate project terms, pricing, and approvals with contractors and consultants.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for documentation, compliance, and client support.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate (Engineering/Management preferred).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in infrastructure project coordination, business development, or government liaison roles.

Skills & Requirements:

  • In-depth knowledge of infrastructure project ecosystems (Airport, Metro, Railways,Highway, Ports, Drinking Water).
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office, tender documentation, and official correspondence.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable interacting with high-level officials.
  • Must own a two-wheeler and a laptop.
  • Fluency in English and at least three regional languages (Kannada, Telugu, Tamil, Malayalam, Hindi).
  • Willingness to travel 15–20 days per month for project visits and meetings

3. Regional Manager (Dealer Network)

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Regional Manager (Dealer Network) with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in managing dealers and distributors, preferably in the pipes industry. The role focuses on expanding the network, driving regional sales, and maintaining strong channel relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and appoint potential dealers/distributors for pipes in assigned regions
  • Strengthen and manage the existing dealer/distributor network
  • Drive regional sales growth through effective channel management
  • Conduct regular follow-ups for orders and payment collections
  • Monitor dealer performance and provide support for market development
  • Visit dealers regularly and provide necessary business inputs
  • Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and expand market share

Qualification:

  • Graduate in any discipline
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in dealer/distributor networking, preferably in pipes industry
